Backed by senior delivery capacity for federal civilian programs and regulated commercial environments, our principals bring deep experience across DOI, EPA, USDA Forest Service, DoD, DHS, the Department of State, and HIPAA/PCI-regulated healthcare SaaS. We specialize in legacy application modernization, O&M support for production systems, AWS cloud migration, and NIST RMF / ATO authorization through delivery.

We provide subcontracting and direct-engagement capacity in three areas where senior bench is hard to find:

AI-augmented delivery

Cate, our agentic development orchestration platform, accelerates legacy code comprehension and migration on engagements where the documentation gap is the bottleneck. We bring this tooling to bear on services engagements as a force multiplier — particularly valuable on poorly documented legacy and enterprise codebases.

Legacy modernization & O&M

Aging application stabilization, O&M support, refactoring, and migration to modern runtimes and AWS. We sustain production systems while modernization work proceeds — keeping the lights on isn't an afterthought. For migration, we use spec/test-driven patterns that preserve business behavior while replacing the underlying stack — capturing existing system behavior as tests, then authoring modern code to satisfy them.

Cybersecurity & compliance

NIST 800-53 control implementation, FISMA Moderate ATO support, A&A documentation, Section 508 compliance, and STIG / IAVA remediation for federal customers; HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and secure SDLC implementation for regulated commercial work. Our cybersecurity lead holds an MS in Cybersecurity Management & Policy and has guided multiple federal civilian systems to ATO award.

Federal prime contractors

We operate primarily as a subcontractor or teaming partner under prime-held vehicles supporting federal civilian and DoD customers. We bring senior bench capacity for legacy modernization, RMF / ATO delivery, and AWS migration — work where deep application knowledge and security expertise are scarce.

Enterprise clients with regulated or legacy environments

Commercial organizations carrying aging application stacks — particularly in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services) where security and compliance constraints make modernization harder.
